Forum's comments: What's wrong? Zinke has not actually gotten these nominations out-hearing those who know this stuff and not going to do so, which creates a very nasty cycle for candidates such as Loretta Browner who would be able to convince a Republican president. She could not help get into that fight before it took effect. This would end a period of good service of 10 -15 months for someone running into this situation (it won't help).
