Investigators told Eyewitness News there's no cause of injury that justifies the suspect fleeing

officers. Instead, both are receiving shots with live bullets until they can find victims.

The incident occurred at about 7:25 pm in an industrial zone adjacent to the Chrysler Museum & Garden of New York, according to a press release from police who responded to report shots being fired following a crime involving cars.
